Working with homeowners and Realtors, I evaluate the property through the buyer's eyes and identify changes most likely to improve presentation before photography, showings, and open houses.
My recommendations may include furniture arrangement, decluttering, styling with existing furnishings, paint and finish guidance, lighting adjustments, and space planning.

This is a walk-through consultation for homeowners preparing a property for sale. I evaluate the home through a buyer's eyes and provide recommendations for presentation, furniture placement, decluttering, paint, lighting, repairs, and key improvements most likely to strengthen buyer interest and increase perceived value.
Occupied Home Staging
Using the furnishings already in the home, I refine furniture placement, styling, flow, and presentation to highlight the home's strengths and create a stronger emotional connection for buyers.
Vacant Home Staging
Vacant properties are often more inviting when furnished and styled with artwork and accessories. Staging helps buyers understand scale, function, and how each space can be lived in.
I identify each home's best feature, a view, a fireplace, natural light, and build the presentation around it.
